Composition & MOA:

• Levocetirizine 2.5mg: Antihistamine, Blocks H1 receptors prevents allergy with low sedation
• Montelukast 4mg: Blocks the action of leukotrine D4 in the lungs, Decrease inflammation & relaxes smooth muscles of respiratory tract

Indications: Allergy, Sneezing, Rhinitis, Asthma

Dosage: 1 tab/day

Side-Effects: Low sedation or Dizziness

Indications: Duodenal ulcer, GERD, Benign gastric ulcer

Dosage: BID (twice daily), 2-4mg in ulcers, 5-10mg in GERD
